Being an independent company it allows us to put forward a wide range of products to suit the varying requirements on individual projects. All the products that we supply and install are all compliant to the relevant PSA MOB PF2 PS/SPU or BSEN 12825 standards as outlined within the K41 raised flooring specification.

These products comprise of chipboard, cementitious, calcium silicate, calcium sulphate and gypsum cores with the option of galvanised or powder coated steel encapsulation dependent upon the required loadings and specification for the project.

The products that we endorse are sourced in a variety of countries such as UK, Belgium, Germany and Asia from registered IS0 9001 manufacturers.

For a more professional and friendly approach we include for a free-issue in depth site survey to establish:

• The most economical and practical means to transport materials to the project.
• The best options for offloading and distributing materials to the required floor levels.
• Any foreseeable problems with interfacing with the perimeter fascade or level issues to screeded areas or door thresholds.
• Clashes with perimeter bracketry.
• Potential issues with noisy works due to occupancy by existing tenants on occupied floor levels within the building.
• Correct pedestal sizes rather than working to a stated height on paper as the subfloor tends to have an excessive tolerance than that stated at time of base build.
