Over the last 15 years we have been called upon by various raised flooring manufacturers and overseas agents to undertake the management and training of workers in different countries around the world to show the correct sequencing and procedures for installing raised flooring to the relevant PSA MOB PF2 PS/SPU specification and manufacturers standards so that guarantees and warranties of the whole system remain valid.

Projects have ranged from 50m2 Computer Rooms to 25,000 m2 high rise office towers. We have undertaken projects in Bahrain, Belgium, Brunei, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuala Lumpar, Philippines, Singapore, Spain and Thailand.

From the outset we advise the contractor on the various types of plant and general tools required to ensure that the works can be undertaken with maximum efficiency and the minimum of fuss. Laser level surveys can be undertaken on site to establish the correct pedestal sizes to suit the highs and low points of the concrete subfloor. Material quantities can also be checked based on CAD produced layout drawings to the most economical setting out to minimise wastage and small perimeter cut panels, and to establish that there is no shortfall or over ordering of materials resulting either in time waiting for additional materials or subsequent expense due to excessive stocks that are non-returnable resulting in a downturn in profits.
